2nd edition Managing Risk book released!

We are excited to announce the release of the second edition of our book!

Ten years after the original publication of the widely adopted Managing Risk textbook, the 2nd edition is completely revised, expanded, and supports adventure risk management planning and practice. The 2nd edition is available as an e-text compatible with all devices.

A lot has changed in ten years. Systems based risk management has been widely adopted and the understanding of organizational risk has evolved even further. The systems material has been updated to include emergent risk and the role of safety culture, with a whole new section on guide based RM - everything from dynamic risk assessment to safety briefings. Below is the official blurb. See the link for order information and instructor ancillary material.
